All returns and/or exchanges to gaiatree.com must be made within 30 days of the purchase, must include the original receipt/packing slip, and be in the original packaging. The sender is responsible for all shipping charges. All Sale items are final sale.
Returned unopened merchandise with all original packaging will be fully refunded to your credit card, less shipping charges.
Please notify Gaiatree.com if items in your order are damaged during shipping (customerservice@gaiatree.com / 1-415-939-2135).
Products damaged in shipping will be exchanged immediately, or a full refund will be issued as soon as the damaged product is received at Gaiatree.com. You will be reimbursed for shipping charges.
All refunds are issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase. |

Our orders are shipped with a USPS delivery confirmation number. This means your tracking information will not be available until your order has been delivered to the USPS. It is not uncommon for packages to show only confirmation of delivery, and not an origin scan. Please be aware that the USPS provides a delivery confirmation service for most destinations, not a tracking service. USPS delivery confirmation services are designed to be a low cost alternative to full tracking and primarily provide delivery information. Confirmation of delivery or attempted delivery is provided. Information is generally available on the evening of the date of delivery or attempted delivery.
DomesticFree shipping on all orders $89 and over to destinations in the continental United StatesGaiatree.com pays for your shipping charges on all orders over $89. The destination address must be within the lower 48 states. Orders eligible for free shipping ship via USPS First-Class Mail or Parcel Post (depending on weight).
USPS First Class Mail / Parcel Post Orders weighing less than 13 ounces are shipped via First Class Mail. Delivery times typically range between 2 to 7 business days. The USPS does not guarantee delivery times for First-Class Mail.
Orders weighing more than 13 ounces are shipped via Parcel Post. Delivery times typically range between 2 to 7 business days. The USPS does not guarantee delivery times for Parcel Post items.
USPS Priority MailOrders are typically delivered in an average of 2 to 3 business days. The USPS does not guarantee delivery times for Priority Mail.
USPS Express MailPackages are delivered in 1 to 2 business days. Express shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses. The USPS guarantees delivery times for Express Mail.
Military AddressesGaiatree.com cannot guarantee delivery times to military addresses. It takes 1 to 3 days for Priority Mail to arrive at the primary military post office, and 2 to 9 days for First Class Mail. From there, the package is under the control of the military mail system. The actual transit time depends on where you are stationed. If you have any problems entering APO/FPO address information, contact Customer Service at customerservice@gaiatree.com.
InternationalGaiatree.com is pleased to offer International Shipping! All international orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service.
First-Class Mail InternationalThe most economical way to receive your order (4 pounds/64 ounces and under) worldwide. The USPS does not provide or guarantee delivery times for First-Class Mail International. However, depending on your location, delivery times typically range between 1 to 4 weeks.
Priority Mail International Priority Mail International is an airmail service that provides you with a reliable and economical way to quickly receive your order. Delivery times typically range between 6 to 10 days. The USPS does not provide or guarantee delivery times for Priority International orders.
Express Mail InternationalPriority Mail International is an airmail service that provides you with a reliable and economical way to quickly receive your order. Delivery times typically range between 3 to 5 days. Service is guaranteed to select destinations (go to http://www.usps.com/international/expressmailinternational.htm for more information).

Gaiatree.com has no control over customs duties and/or import fees, and cannot predict their cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.
